EdFinHealth.co (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, take our quiz, fill in a form, or buy a product — and how we handle it. We collect only what we need, and we never sell your data.
Who we are
EdFinHealth.co is an independent education provider based in Perth, Western Australia, offering STAT preparation and educational design consulting. For any privacy question, email hello@edfinhealth.co.
What we collect
- When you fill in a form or take the quiz: your name, email, and whatever you choose to tell us (e.g. your state, your organisation, your enquiry, or your quiz answers).
- When you buy or download a product: your name, email, and billing details. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- When you use the STAT program: we log account access, including login times and IP addresses, to keep your account secure and to protect our content from unauthorised sharing. Your learning progress is saved locally in your own browser.
- When you browse: standard website analytics (such as pages visited and general location), collected via Google Analytics in an aggregated, non-identifying way.
Why we collect it
- To deliver what you asked for — your quiz result, your download, your program access, or a reply to your enquiry.
- To send you information you’ve opted into, such as updates about our programs (you can unsubscribe any time).
- To keep your account and our content secure.
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
How we store and share it
Your information is held in reputable third-party services we use to run the business — including WordPress/WooCommerce (website and orders), Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email), Google Workspace (forms, spreadsheets, and calendar), and TidyCal (bookings). Each holds your data under its own privacy and security terms.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We only share it where necessary to deliver our service (for example, passing your email to MailerLite so you receive a program email you signed up for), or where required by law.
Email and marketing
If you join one of our lists or buy a product, we may send you relevant updates by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We won’t add you to a marketing list without a reason to (such as a purchase or a sign-up).
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand general usage patterns — which pages are popular, roughly where visitors come from — in an aggregated form that doesn’t identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may work less smoothly if you do.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what personal information we hold about you;
- Correct anything that’s wrong;
- Delete your information (where we’re not legally required to keep it);
- Unsubscribe from our emails.

Children
Our services are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 without a parent or guardian’s involvement.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
