Plain-language terms for the STAT 14-Days Prep Program — what you’re buying, what you can do with it, and our refund guarantee.

1. What you’re buying
The STAT 14-Days Prep Program is a self-paced online preparation program delivered through a private member area at edfinhealth.co, together with a downloadable Companion Textbook (PDF). Your purchase grants you access — it does not transfer ownership of any content.
2. Your licence
You receive a personal, single-student, non-transferable licence to use the program and its materials for your own STAT preparation. This means:
- One account, one student. Your login is for you alone.
- You may print individual lessons and annotate your textbook for personal study.
- You may not copy, screenshot-compile, reproduce, redistribute, publish, share, lend, sell, or sub-license any part of the program — including lessons, practice questions, model essays, the Diagnostic Mock, frameworks, or the textbook — in any form, to anyone.
- Your textbook copy is issued in your name. Copies found in circulation are traceable to the licensed student.
3. Account security and termination
You’re responsible for keeping your login details private. We log account access (including login times and IP addresses) for security purposes. Evidence of account sharing or redistribution of materials may result in access being suspended or terminated without refund, in addition to any rights we have under copyright law.
4. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day refund: if you’ve completed less than 25% of the program within 14 days of purchase, email hello@edfinhealth.co from your purchase email and we’ll refund you in full. After 14 days, or once more than 25% of the program is complete, the purchase is final. Founding Member purchases are subject to the same policy.
5. Lifetime access
Your licence includes ongoing access to the program and all future updates to it, for as long as the program is offered. If the program is ever retired, we’ll give you reasonable notice and the opportunity to download your textbook and any personal materials.
6. How your progress is saved
Lesson progress, practice answers, and essay drafts save locally in your browser on the device you use. Use the same device and browser throughout the program — progress does not currently sync between devices. Clearing your browser data will clear your saved progress (your account access is unaffected).
7. What this program is — and isn’t
This is an independent preparation program built on published information about the STAT and our own original teaching materials. EdFinHealth.co is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with ACER (Australian Council for Educational Research), who administer the STAT and publish the only official practice materials at stat.acer.org/au. Score estimates within the program are directional guidance only — they are not predictions of your actual STAT result, and no particular score or university admission outcome is guaranteed. Always confirm eligibility, score requirements, registration dates, and fees directly with ACER and your chosen institution.
8. Intellectual property
All program content — lessons, questions, explanations, model essays, frameworks, design, and code — is the copyright of EdFinHealth.co (© 2026, all rights reserved) and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is both a breach of this licence and copyright infringement.
9. Privacy
We collect your name, email, and purchase details to deliver the program, and we log account access for security. We don’t sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Questions about these terms: hello@edfinhealth.co.
